Japan, the last days (part four)
DAY ELEVEN (THE HIGH SCHOOL)
The day we had all been waiting for finally arrived - visiting high school students!!
But before our meeting, we went to a natural disaster experience center. It was actually pretty entertaining and I now know how to use a fire extinguisher if the need arises. There were three experiences - earthquake, high speed wind, and fire.

DAY NINE (HANGING AROUND TOKUSHIMA)
Reggie and my room at the lodge in Tokushima. It was kind of in the middle of nowhere, and a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop. But there was plenty of room to dump our luggage and endless amount of shopping bags…

DAY FOUR (HIROSHIMA, MIYAJIMA)
We set off for Hiroshima on the shinkansen and purchased lovely bento… that tonkatsu sandwich was EPIC. I just had to take so many food pictures…
After checking into our hotel, we visited Miyajima and took a ferry to the famous red torii. If only it was high tide—!

Yes yes, I got my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday, I woke up early, and now I’m bored to death. Why not finally blog about Japan?
DAY ONE (SHINJUKU)
After arriving in Narita, we exchanged money, got to meet our tour guide, Kevin, and set off for the Yoyogi Olympic Center hostel. Once we settled into our rooms, we suddenly decided to visit Shinjuku (!!!) for dinner. I was ecstatic...

NEW PEOPLE Grand Opening Report
I was anticipating this event for quite a while: the grand opening of NEW PEOPLE mall in San Francisco! It’s a gorgeous building with art plastered walls, an art gallery, fashion shops, and an amazing NEW PEOPLE gift shop. I couldn’t admire everything since there were so many people, it was extremely difficult to move around… But I’m definitely coming back to try on...
